The Trojan Women
by The Baron's Men

Jul. 09 - Jul. 25, 2015
Thursdays-Saturdays

The Trojan Women by Euripides was originally produced in 415 BC during the Peloponnesian War. It is often considered one of Euripides’ greatest works, not to mention one of the greatest Anti-War Plays of all time. Set in the backdrop of the war-ridden City of Troy, it follows the fates of the Queen of Troy (Hecuba), her two daughters (Cassandra and Andromache), and the remaining women of Troy after their city has been sacked and their husbands killed. What fates lie in store for these women? Can hope remain alive against all odds? Come experience one of the most tragic plays in Greek Theatre.
