Comedian Megan Gogerty is having a midlife crisis. Exhausted by the sometimes-brutal world of standup comedy and feeling the sting of her fortieth birthday, Megan attempts to convince the world that she – a gawky, cornfed, Midwestern comedian with a penchant for Star Trek – could plausibly play Lady Macbeth, Shakespeare’s iconic villain. Instead, Megan discovers another role model waiting for her in Shakespeare’s play...

Silly, theatrical, and complex, this one-woman, stand-up show attempts to answer the question, “What’s it like to be a woman comedian?”

Spoiler: it’s murder.
