Come see Austin stage favorite Andy Bond (lauded last Fall as our Dogbury) breathe life into one of Shakespeare's most famous villains. Get ready to boo, to hiss, and to love one of Shakespeare's best kept secrets with The Baron's Men.

directed by Joe Falocco and Becky Musser

This titular character is one of Shakespeare's most iconic villains, shrouded in mystery; his body recently discovered beneath a car park.
Richard III tells the classical story of the end of the War of the Roses. After a long civil war, England enjoys a period of peace under King Edward IV and the victorious Yorks. However, the king's younger brother Richard, the Duke of Glouscester, resents his crowned brother and plots to remove all impediments betwixt he and the throne. Will the crown fall too heavy upon Richard's deformed back? Come find out by seeing Richard III with an exciting cutting by our director that includes historical background scenes from Henry VI Part III to help the audience follow Richard's rise and eventual fall.
