THE FOUR HORSEMEN PRESENT: THE APOCALYPSE
by Trinity University
Feb. 21 - Mar. 01
Thursdays-Sundays
In the theatrical tradition of No Exit, Waiting for Godot, and Six Characters in Search of an Author, a Comedian, Poet, Musician, and Scientist find themselves trapped in a strange theatrical wasteland, unable to find their way back to their lives. With only themselves to depend on, through monologue, song, and movement, each reflects on what brought them to this place and struggles to find their way out. All the while the Four Horsemen lurk.
This world premiere production created by Trinity students Jayden Perez, Audrey Pettigrew, Steven Spill, and Kunsh Tyagi, THE FOUR HORSEMEN PRESENT: THE APOCALYPSE, asks: Is this mysterious void a new beginning? Or, more ominously, the apocalypse that they have somehow brought about?
Directed by Dr. Rachel Joseph, with scenic design by Martha Peñaranda, costumes by Kellie Grengs, lighting by Carlos R. Nine, and original music by Jayden Perez and Kunsh Tyagi.
