Henrik Ibsen's 1879 masterpiece A DOLL’S HOUSE ends with Nora Helmer's shocking decision to leave her husband and children for a life on her own. This climactic event--when Nora slams the door on everything in her life--instantly propelled world drama into the modern age. In A DOLL’S HOUSE, PART 2, 15 years have passed. There is a knock on that same door. Nora is back. But why? Humor and dramatic twists fill the 90-minute, intermission-less scenes that follow.
Trinity Theatre’s production is directed by Stacey Connelly.
The show’s scenic design is by Martha Peñaranda, costumes by Kellie Grengs, and lighting by L. Andrew Lopez.
