Tim Curry Dies

ZACH Theatre actor and singer extraordinaire Tim Curry died last weekend from pancreatic cancer. Tim appeared on ZACH’s stages for 18 years, most recently starring as Oedipus in ZACH’s Gospel At Colonus. He also starred in ZACH’s Ain’t Misbehavin’, Ain’t Nothing But The Blues, Aida, The Piano Lesson and Crowns to name just a few, and toured with Asleep At The Wheel in A Ride With Bob. Tim was one of the greatest singers ever to grace ZACH’s stage, and one of the most loving, genuine and kind men we have ever known. He truly possessed a gentle spirit that was about service to others and to God. He is irreplaceable in every way.

Celebration Service is Saturday, Feb 14, 2015 at St. James Baptist Church 3417 E. Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd. Austin TX. 78721 at 2pm with Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation/viewing will be on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Wesley UMC, 1164 San Bernard Austin TX. 78702.

Memorial Contributions can be made in memory of Tim C. Curry payable to One Way Resonate Ministries, 15000 Hog Eye Road Manor, TX 78653.
Contributions will be used to complete his Music Project and final life expenses.
