Comptroller Position Available

The Comptroller is responsible for inputting transactions, both income and expenses, into Quick Books. In charge of managing bills and independent contractors that help with the theatre productions, and the theatre’s banking including making deposits and monitoring credit activity on the company credit cards. Creating reports for the Executive Director and the Board of Directors showing the financial position of the theatre and presents these reports at the monthly Board meetings. Working with the City of San Antonio and the Theatre’s Development Director to procure and manage Arts funds from the City of San Antonio. The Comptroller also works with the Theatre’s CPA to produce the necessary tax returns each year.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience: Working knowledge of Quick Books, and accounting experience preferred
