The Public Theater mourns the loss of Richard C. Solis; a beloved actor and well established prop designer whose work was seen on many stages throughout San Antonio, including our own. We send our heartfelt condolences to his partner Henry, his entire family, and all who loved Richard. The impact of his contribution to the San Antonio theater community will not soon be forgotten.

The San Antonio Theatre community and Woodlawn Theatre family are saddened by the news of Richard Solis' passing. Richard was an active member of our theatre community for many years, on and off stage. For the past four years Richard has been designing props and puppets for all Woodlawn Theatre mainstage and youth shows. His artistic talent and loving energy will truly be missed. Our thoughts are with his partner, family, and friends.
