Leads will also be workshopping songs at The Overtime Cabaret at least once. Signing on for the show might also mean additional/promotional appearances, schedule permitting.

 

Characters:

 

Grant- A gambler 20-30 mid to high voice range
Gwen- Grants faithful wife 20-30 high voice range
Kevin- The Con man 25-35 mid to high voice range
Emma- A showgirl 25-35 mid to low voice range
Shaw- A scoundrel 30-40 mid to high voice range
6-8 chorus members

 Auditions start promptly at 2 pm at the Overtime Theatre, San Abtonio, with a group dance call, please come ready to move. Call backs are the following day, March 1st, 2-5.

Main rehearsals starting July 11th 4 days a week 7-10 pm.

Show runs Aug 28-Sept 26.

 

 

Auditions consist of:

-singing one song from the show prepared
-demonstrating humanization and improvisation
-a dance number
-and a reading of the lyrics as script

Wear comfortable clothes and tell your friends to come audition, too.
