An annual summer program for 12 - 19 year olds, producing a full Shakespeare work at the outdoor Renaissance-style Curtain Theatre, 7400 Coldwater Canyon.

Rehearsals begin May 19, and will be Tues-Fri 6:30-9:30 pm Sat and Sunday afternoons and evenings.
Young Shakespeare in a six-week tuition-based program with competitive auditions. Directed and designed by professionals, teen actors rehearse in the evenings Tues-Fri. and on weekends to culminate in two weeks of performances at Richard Garriott's Curtain Theater off City Park Rd. (360/2222).

NANCY EYERMANN holds an MFA from Temple University, a BFA from Texas State University, and is a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework. Nancy worked as the voice coach for Austin Shakespeare's productionsAs You Like It, Pride and Prejudice, Twelfth Night: Bollywood Style, Hamlet and Arcadia. Nancy is a state certified Theatre Arts teacher and has been teaching with Austin ISD for 8 years. She will also teach Austin Shakes summer camp in July 6-10 at Salvage Vanguard Theater.
ANN CICCOLELLA has served as Artistic Director for Austin Shakespeare since 2007, directing Free Shakespeare in Zilker Park as well as professional Actors Equity union productions at the Long Center’s Rollins Theater and brought an Off-Broadway production to New York in 2013. A graduate of NYU, Ann has taught at UT as well as St Edward's University.
