𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 — The Overtime Theater is proud to announce Auditions for the new play Threes, written by Rita Anderson. This production will be directed by Jeffery Hensel and Georgie Lee. 

Auditions will take place at The Overtime Theater on Saturday, August 10th, 2024 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM and Sunday, August 11th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. Performances will run weekends September 20th – October 12th.

AUDITION DATES, TIMES, AND LOCATION:

Saturday, August 10th from 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Sunday, August 11th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:

Auditions will consist of cold readings, no monologues need be prepared.

CAST OF CHARACTERS:

HOLLY. (F) Bossy desk clerk at the Advance Obituary Office. Millennial.  
HUNTER. (M) Office underling. Secretly psychic. 20. 
AVERAGE. (F) Actor who never really made it. Plays a rugged 60.
ELITIST. (F) Classically-trained actor, a diva who does high art, plays 60  but looks at least a decade younger. 
ROK HAHARD. (M) Film star, cheeseball. Plays 61 but looks way younger.

NOTE: AVERAGE, ELITIST, ROK went to Julliard together, but AVERAGE looks  roughest because of her hard life, and because ELITIST and ROK had oodles of plastic  surgery to stay “youthful.” Listed genders reflect the character’s gender identity. Actors of any and all genders will be considered for any role.

SHOW DATES:

September 20th – October 12th, 2024
Fridays & Saturdays at 8 PM
One Thursday Pay-What-You-Will performance September 26th at 8 PM
One Sunday matinée performance October 6th at 3 PM

COMPENSATION:

All roles and crew are volunteer positions.
Our Love Bucket of patron donations will be split equally at the end of the run.
