Judgement of the Eye

The Overtime Theater is proud to announce auditions for the new play Judgment of the Eye, written by award-winning BBC documentary writer, Simon Bowler Kahn, in its international premiere.

This production is looking for 7 to 11 male and female actors from a variety of backgrounds to portray this true story of art forgery and intrigue set against the European backdrop of war. 

AUDITION DATES AND TIMES:

Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 1:00-4:00 p.m

Sunday, June 23 from 5:30-8:30 p.m 

Callbacks, if necessary, will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 7:00-8:30 p.m.

AUDITION LOCATION:

The Overtime Theater

5409 Bandera Rd. #205, San Antonio, TX 78238. 

Directed by Blake Hamman. Performances will run weekends Aug.16-Sept. 7, 2024. Rehearsals will be held Sundays-Thursdays, 6:30-10:00 p.m. beginning Monday, July 8.

Auditions will consist of cold readings, no monologues need be prepared. Some roles may be doubled. Characters will be blind cast despite historical accuracy. Actors 18+ will only be considered. Sides will be available at auditions, or upon request from the director at blakedonovan@mac.com
