Audition workshop (free), season auditions, search for children 9-11 to serve as Goober's kids in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

Austin Shakespeare SEASON auditions continue.
 
FREE Audition workshop on Thurs Sept. 13 from 7:30-8:45 pm at Asian American Resource Center; must reserve space: auditions@austinshakespeare.org 
 
Also auditions on Sat Sept. 15 at the Dougherty Arts Center; now includes children ages 9-11 for "CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF." Must set appt auditions@austinshakespeare.org
 
Season also includes: Tom Stoppard's "Indian Ink" (Jan. 15-March 3) and Shakespeare's "The Merchant of Venice."  (April 9-May 26).
 
Actors of all ethnicities and ages are welcome, particularly those of South Asian descent for "Indian Ink"
 

 

All rehearsals are on weeknights and weekends. Equity & Non Equity
 
for CAT: commitment Oct. 16-Dec 2. Performances at the Rollins Theater at the Long Center for three weeks.
