A group of residents shunned by the community occupy a sober house that sits on a lake in Mineola, Texas. They discover a sense of hope under the care of Norma, despite her struggle with terminal cancer and the possibility of foreclosure. 

NORMA'S REST earned Morille one of four spots as a finalist for The John Cauble Short Play Award, which recognizes one-act plays that are typically between 20 and 50 pages long.
