Stocking Stuffers 4 is stuffed full of holiday cheer and some mayhem as well.  This year we have 5 plays - Rudy, a queer Christmas story from the Overtime’s own Georgie Lee; Lights, Claws and Stuffed Hearts, a story about Christmas on the inside of a claw machine from Beck Dominguez; To Grandmother’s House, a story where family is a 6 letter word from the director Austin Escobedo; Two Merry Men and the Jolly Holly Heist, a Christmas heist story from San Antonio dance and movement legend Stephan Gaeth; and The Holiday Whistleblower, a workplace holiday tale from Isaiah Perkins.

 

The collection of plays is directed by Austin Escobedo who has been working with the Overtime for several years now as an actor and stage manager.  Stocking Stuffers 4 is his first time directing and we’re very excited about it!  Born and raised in San Antonio, Austin has also appeared on stage in a number of shows, including The Little Mermaid (Zion Theatre Group), Schrodinger's Catfish (Overtime), and The Bad Seed (The Point Theatre). Austin works as a vet tech for the Hill Country Animal League, and takes pride in his animal advocacy.
