Inherit the Wind is a gripping portrayal of the famous 1925 Scopes "Monkey" Trial, where a high school teacher in the small town of Hillsboro is put on trial for teaching Darwin’s theory of evolution, challenging the boundaries between science, religion, and freedom of thought.
