The Spitfire Grill

Percy Talbott, a young woman recently released from prison, moves to a small town in Maine called Gilead. She starts working at the Spitfire Grill, an old restaurant owned by Hannah Ferguson, a feisty and stubborn woman. As Percy works to turn the Grill into a successful business, she also learns about the secrets and struggles of the town’s residents and finds a sense of belonging in her new home. The musical explores themes of redemption, forgiveness, and the importance of community.

Music and book by James Valcq and lyrics and book by Fred Alley. Based on the 1996 film of the same name by Lee David Zlotoff.
