As Jacqueline prepares to go out of town to visit her mother, Bernard invites his mistress and Robert, his best friend (and also Jacqueline’s lover, unbeknownst to Bernard), over for the weekend. When Jacqueline discovers Robert is coming to town she cancels her trip, causing Bernard to panic. Now Bernard must scramble to explain to his wife why a gourmet chef and strange woman are coming to the house!
It’s a game of who’s-who, what’s-what, and trying to keep your alibi straight.

The Playhouse is located around the corner from the Palace Theatre at 216 W. 8th St. It is a storefront that we have transformed into an intimate Black Box Theatre.
