NO ORDINARY DAYS will bring awareness to the crisis of mental illness that is so prevalent today. It chronicles an African American family's struggles to deal with mental illness and its impact on various family members. This issue touches many African American families, community and church. However, when it comes to the awareness and treatment of mental illness, it has become a faith fight as well as a life crisis.
