TacoTown Theatre Company will present the burlesque comedy "Madame X: A Burlesque Fantasy" at The Overtime Theater. The show is written, directed and choreographed by Jade Esteban Estrada.
The year is 1890, the height of La Belle Époque in Paris. The Follies Brassiere starring Foo Foo LeTwerk, are performing their one night of burlesque and cabaret in honor of St. Valentine. While a war of passion and political unrest culminates outside the opera house, a night of entertainment and comedic decadence begins to rage inside. But when the show’s leading lady, Foo Foo LeTwerk, suddenly disappears, a pulsating mystery unfolds and a dressing room drama begins. This looks like a job for Inspector Henri LeFrance, the most clever detective in all of Paris. Will he solve the mystery of the missing Foo Foo before show time?
