The Music Man

Con man Harold Hill poses as a boys' band leader and sells instruments and uniforms to naive Iowa townsfolk, promising to train the members of the new band. But Harold is no musician and plans to skip town without giving any music lessons. Prim librarian and piano teacher Marian sees through him. Catching Harold Hill proves difficult - he's gifted at changing people's minds.  But he gets caught in more ways than one in the end.
