Overtime Theatre Inaugurates Two New Series: THE SECRET ADVENTURES OF SHERLOCK HOLMES and RIFT RIDERS
OT Serial Box
The Secret Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Alex H. Coy and Andrew Moritz
Rift Riders by Michael Burger
OT Serial Box is the latest innovative project from the Overtime Theater. Building on our past history of serial plays (The Adventures of Captain Cortez and the Tri-Lambda Brigade, Port Cove, and Queen's Castle) the Overtime is opening up a new avenue for writers to present episodic works for the stage on a rotating basis. The audience will have a chance to see pilots for series, some of which may fly and some of which may crash and burn, all of which will be exciting opportunities for local writers, directors, and actors to showcase their talents for San Antonio to see on a regular basis. The project as a whole we call the OT Serial Box.
This season we're kicking off the Serial Box with The Secret Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Alex H. Coy IV and Andrew Moritz and Rift Riders by Michael Burger, as well as the illusions and tricks of Tobias the Adequate.
Join us as we present original works in this new format and continue the Overtime tradition of making original, local, and innovative theater accessible to the people.
The first episodes will be performed: January 29, 30 and February 5, 6 at 8:00 pm.
The Secret Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
