We will take a holiday break and come back for 12 more performances starting January 5th and running until January 29th, 2022! Tickets for the additional performances are on-sale now at TicketWeb.

We hope that you can join us for this "touching, funny, smart play!" at Hyde Park Theatre!

Thank you to Michael Meigs of CTX Live Theatre  for a wonderful review of the show!

“In this vivid, small-scale human comedy Carlo Lorenzo and Natalie Garcia acknowledge our pandemic times and take us away from them. May they continue to exercise that gift of magic.”

STRANGE, BUT PERFECT @ HYDE PARK THEATRE

About the play:
"In Carlo Lorenzo Garcia's new play, the year 2020 was a never-ending river of bad news in which marketing assistant Charlie from NYC decided to quarantine at his grandma's house in rural America. But, WTF, someone else was already there: a townie who's been acting as Charlie's grandma's caretaker? Weirdness, hilarity, and complex humanity ensue." - Austin Chronicle
