Rehearsal Video for Workshop Production of SWITCHED at Texas State University, January 27, 2018 only

Back in the day when family meant everything and self-worth was determined by more than the number of “likes” you get on an Instagram post, two baby girls were accidentally switched at birth in a hospital in small-town Ohio. When one of the mothers realizes the mistake… she chooses to remain quiet about it… until 40 years later when she tells both daughters and all hell breaks loose. “Switched" tracks the emotional fallout as the two women try and piece their lives back together again and come to terms with who it is they were really supposed to be.

Award-winning writer Geoffrey Nauffts will workshop his new musical at Texas State University as part of the Harrison/Bowman New Works Commission, funded in part by The Stillwater Foundation. Switched is a new musical with book by Geoffrey Nauffts and music and lyrics by Jonatha Brooke.

The workshop will be directed by Tony nominated director Sheryl Kaller.
