Agape Theatre was a non-profit theater company which produces theater in Georgetown, TX while giving high-school and college age theater students, technicians, artists, and performers an opportunity to hone their craft.
Our Mission
Agape means “unconditional love,” and at Agape Theatre, we exist, first and foremost, to unconditionally entertain. We strive to produce quality, intimate theater while providing young performers and artists a safe environment in which to hone their craft and learn by working alongside their more seasoned theater colleagues.

Dearest Patrons, Supporters, and Former Cast and Crew -
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the immediate disbanding of Agape Theatre, Inc. This decision comes after much thought and discussion amongst myself and the Board of Directors. Ultimately, because we are all volunteers with full time employment outside of Agape, as well as many other commitments, it is simply impractical for us to devote appropriate time to Agape that we know it deserves to succeed and thrive.
While we are closing the doors of Agape, I, myself, remain fully involved in theatre as the Technical Theatre Director at Leander High School, as well as designing sets and acting in local theatre productions. My fellow board members also attend and participate in local theatre as much as possible.
The Board and I wish to whole heartedly thank you all for your love and support over the years and your individual contributions to our theatre family.
