Characters
George (Male, 25-45 yrs old) – A quick-witted and fast-talking man, goes through a lot of trouble to try to protect Lennie and make their dreams of owning a farm a reality
Lennie (Male, 25-45 yrs old) – A man of large stature, yet lacking in intelligence, he has a penchant for petting soft things
Candy (Male, 35-60 yrs old) – An aging ranch worker who lost one hand in an accident, offers to help George and Lennie if they’ll let him live on their farm
The Boss (Male, 40-60 yrs old) – Older male; authoritative
Curley (Male, 20-45 yrs old) – A man of smaller stature, mean-spirited, aggressive, and extremely possessive of his wife
Curley’s Wife (Female, 20-30 yrs old) – Referred to as a tart by the ranch hands, desperately lonely and harbors broken dreams of a different life
Slim (Male, 25-45 yrs old) – A mule driver, seems content with his life on the farm and is sought after by others for his advice
Carlson (Male, 25-45 yrs old) – A male ranch hand
Whit (Male, 25-45 yrs old) – A male ranch hand
Crooks (Male, 35-60 yrs old) – An African-American stable worker with a crooked back, shows affection for Lennie
