The Prostitute and the Cow
by The Vortex
Jan. 15 - Jan. 16 (2015)
A co-production of Mouth Radio, Gale Theatre, and The Vortex Repertory Company.
Inspired by the back alley ways of America, friendship, and how we piece our world back together when it falls apart, this new play follows a Prostitute with two broken legs and an abandoned dairy cow as they travel across America in a shopping cart. Along the way they philosophize, perform puppet shows, kill a man in a strip club, and discover how to construct their own utopia in a world that offers nothing but hostility.
The show runs April 10th, 11th, 12th and 17th, 18th, and 19th at The Vortex Repertory Theatre. Rehearsals begin February 15th.
