Upcoming Auditions

Aurora Arts Theatre is holding auditions for our next production — Young Frankenstein, the monstrously funny musical by Mel Brooks. We are looking for performers of ALL experience levels, and we would love to see you on our stage.

Audition Dates:
📅 Saturday, May 31, 2026 — 6:30 pm
📅 Sunday, June 1 — 6:30 pm

Meet Your Production Team:
Director — Laurie G. Hoefelmeyer
Music Director — Nick Mendleski
Choreographer — Jessica McLerran
Stage Manager — Bryan Meza

What to Expect:
Auditions will include choreography, a vocal portion, and sides — all provided the evening of. No need to prepare anything in advance unless you'd like to bring your own 32-bar vocal cut in a similar style to the show.

Show runs July 17 – August 23, 2026.
