Based on the true story of when the small town of Gander, Newfoundland opened its doors to thousands of stranded passengers on September 11, 2001, Come From Away celebrates kindness, connection, and the extraordinary power of community.
Aurora Arts Theatre is excited to announce the Coastal Bend premiere of Come From Away, directed by Laurie Guajardo-Hoefelmeyer, as our 2026 season opener. Opening January 16, 2026, this global hit musical has inspired audiences around the world with its message of compassion and humanity.
