Auditions for a role in House of India with Leela - An Indian Community Theatre on Sep 18.****ATTENTION! CASTING CALL***
Leela - An Indian Community Theatre is excited to announce a collaboration with City Theatre Austin: a public reading of the new play “House of India” by Deepak Kumar. Our goal is to raise funds for a full production of this play.
We plan to have a play reading on October 19, 2024 at 7 pm at the Creative Collaborative Collective at 1507 Wilshire Blvd, Austin, TX.
We are looking for specific actors:
1. South Asian Female in her 50s (preferably South Indian)
2. An American-born South Asian Female in her 20s
3. An American-born South Asian male in his 30s
4. Asian/Pacific Islander/Asian American (preferably Thai) male in his 30s
