It's A Wonderful Life (live radio play)
by Penfold Theatre Company

Jul. 27 - Jul. 28

Penfold Theatre co-founder Nathan Jerkins has readapted his popular "It's a Wonderful Life Classic Radiocast" into a fully staged production for five actors. We will join Clarence the Angel in getting to know George Bailey, a small-town dreamer from Bedford Falls. After a lifetime of sacrificing personal ambition for the good of his neighbors, a devious plot by the miserly Mr. Potter pushes George to the brink of despair. Now it's up to Clarence to remind George what it means to have a "wonderful life" - before he throws it all away.

This imaginative take on a beloved holiday favorite honors our tradition of holiday radiocasts while ushering in an exciting new chapter for Penfold in our new theatre. Brimming with Christmas warmth, this tale of despair, redemption, and hope is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday season with friends and family.

Auditions for "It's a Wonderful Life" will be July 27-28, 2024, and we'd love to see you there! The show runs December 13-28, 2024 at our new theatre in Round Rock. Keep reading or tap the button below for more details!
