Ballot Eats the Bullet: U Matter

This choreopoem through vignettes and verse will highlight the beauty, the power, the pain and complexities of what it means to be a black woman in the world today.
ZM3LiveProductions is casting for its new work "Ballot eats the Bullet: U matter".
Casting 3 to 6 women black women identified performers with an age range of 20 to 65.
Please bring in a prepared 2/3 minute monologue/poem. Dance and Singing background is plus but not mandatory. Be prepared to cold read from the script.
Auditions will be held at Southwest Key Programs located at 6002 Jain Lane Austin, Tx 78721, Monday Nov 27th and Thurs Nov 30th, 2023 from 5:30pm to 9:30 pm, with an additional day of Dec 2nd from 11 am to 4:00 pm.
Performers will be compensated.
Light rehearsals begin in December 2023 and continue January 2024 and February 2024. Performance dates are Feb 22nd through March 9th.
