(via PH2K)Playhouse 2000 partners once again with The City of Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department and the Tivy High School Technical Theater Classes to bring Shakespeare to our community free of charge. This year, for the first time, we are delving into the bard’s “History” plays, presenting what many consider to be the most important of them. 

Join us in Louise Hays Park as we discover what follows “the winter of our discontent.” 

June 2 and 3, 2023

Auditions for our annual Shakespeare in the Park production are scheduled for SUNDAY, APRIL 16 at 2:30 pm and MONDAY, APRIL 17 at 6:30 pm in the Werlein Studio annex. This year's title is Shakespeare epic history play, RICHARD III.

You only have to attend one session - be prepared to read from the script. More details coming soon - mark your calendars and be a part of this wonderful annual tradition.
