by Hill Country Community Theatre (HCCT)
May. 09 - May. 10 (2022)
DESTRY RIDES AGAIN was first a novel by Max Brand, then a movie starring James Stewart in 1939, and then a Tony award-winning Broadway musical in 1959 starring Andy Griffith. The story centers on the town of Bottleneck, now being overrun by the nasty Kent gang who have taken out the sheriff. The new sheriff, Tom Destry, hopes to save the town without using a gun, and falls in love with the sassy saloon girl.
