Auditions for a role in upcoming season with Magik Theatre on Jun 03.The Magik Theatre announces open auditions for their 2019-2020 season!
The Magik Theatre is seeking actors who appreciate children’s theater and literature with daytime and weekend availability. All actors cast in roles will be compensated for their work: pay for actors in previous seasons have ranged from $250-$375 per week.
Audition Preparation
Singers: Please prepare 16-32 bars of music and a one minute monologue. An accompanist will be provided.
Actors: Please prepare two contrasting one minute monologues.
Audition Materials
Please bring a headshot and resume with you to auditions.
Audition Appointments
Please email Becky at rsimons@magiktheatre.org in order to schedule an appointment on Monday, June 3rd. Auditions slots are available starting at either 10:00 am OR 6:30 pm: please specify which time you are seeking to schedule an appointment for.
Adults only please - actors under the age of 16 will not be seen at these auditions.
