  AUDITION CALL: The Generic Ensemble Company seeks Latinx performers to participate in CARMEN, a devised show exploring border-crossing and violence based on the opera by Bizet and telenovela tropes.

Singers and Femme- and/or queer-identified artists particularly encouraged to audition. Paid.

The show runs 5/18-6/2 with rehearsals beginning mid-March on M, Th, Sa. Part of GenEnCo's Performers in Residency with the Dougherty Arts Center. Directed by kt shorb.
