Twelfth Night, or What You Will
by Rosedale Shakespeare

Jan. 13 - Jan. 14 (2018)

Music, mistaken identity, love rectangles, duels, a ship wreck, and shenanigans galore!

Something for Nothing Theater announces auditions for our 2018 spring production of TWELFTH NIGHT directed by Deb Streusand.

WHO WE ARE SEEKING:
Actors of all races, genders, and physical abilities strongly encouraged to attend. Don't feel like you have the "traditional" Shakespearean look, body type, or personality? Please come show us who you are! We want to see you. We're seeking dedicated, creative, versatile performers to play multiple roles in this beloved Shakespearean comedy. All roles are currently open and we encourage performers to audition for any characters (regardless of gender, age, etc.).

IMPORTANT DATES:
The show will run Thursday-Saturday, June 7th-23rd. Rehearsals begin April 30th and are most often M-W evenings and Saturday mornings. Rehearsals and performances take place in an outdoor environment.

AUDITION INFORMATION:
Auditions will consist of a one-minute prepared classical monologue and cold readings from the script. If you would like to be considered for a singing role, please prepare one minute or less of a song (to be sung a cappella). Also, if you play an instrument, please bring it! Auditions will be held January 13th and 14th from 10 am to 1 pm at the pavilion in Ramsey Park (4301 N. Rosedale Avenue). Callbacks are January 20th, 10 am-1 pm at the same location. All roles are paid.
