Unshackled
by Punchkin Repertory Theatre
Jan. 21 - Jan. 30, 2016
Tuesdays, Saturdays
Our next show: “Unshackled” by Anthony Ellison and Neal Adelman, a new original dark comedy being produced as part of Frontera Fest BYOV 2016!
A popular conspiracy theorist has a podcast called Unshackled. His “harmless” Twitter banter leads to the kidnapping of his mother and threats by a powerful corporate force. The enemy forces him to decide between his mother’s life or his beloved cell phone. Which will he choose?
Directed by Anthony Ellison
Here is our cast:
Jonathan Flanders – Clark
David Boss – Don
Kathy Rose Center – Mother
The 23rd season of Frontera Fest is five weeks of alternative, offbeat, new, and just plain off-the-wall fringe theatre. Too bad there’s no actual way to expect the unexpected, because that is your only hope. FronteraFest is produced in collaboration with ScriptWorks, a group dedicated to supporting emerging playwrights and developing new dramatic works.
