In 1840, a culture clash at Austin's French Legation almost turns Texas into France-on-the-Brazos.

Diplomat Alphonse de Saligny brings seven million dollars that a bankrupt Texas desperately needs - and enlists Sam Houston to convince the Legislature to take the deal. But when the international "Pig Wars" scandal erupts, all bets are off.

Featuring Kenneth Wayne Bradley as Sam Houston and Zac Thomas as Saligny. Ken Webster directs this FronteraFest Long Fringe production at The Ground Floor Theatre 979 Springdale Road.
