Annie Baker’s Obie Award-winning play The Aliens takes place behind a small town coffee shop in Vermont, and it follows the tale of best friends, Jasper and KJ, who meet and mentor the new coffee shop employee and high school student Evan. Throughout the play, Jasper and KJ endeavor to teach Evan their wisdom through music and stories. The New York Times has described The Aliens as “a gentle and extraordinarily new play.” (Adult Content)
