Teen Girl FANtasies is one part music video, one part ultimate fan letter, and one part virtual coming-of-age adventure. It follows six teenagers, each a master of an online kingdom, on their quests to make their favorite band, Only Reason, understand their limitless love. The play investigates and celebrates the emotional and social exploration of adolescent girls in the virtual fan sphere, and seeks to break stereotypes that teenagers are “annoying”, “naive”, and “don’t matter.”
