It's Christmas time and Santa and Mrs. Claus can't get along!  Plagued by unicorn dust addictions and a love for the hooch, the two go their separate ways.  Santa and his faithful sidekick, Swervin Irven, head to Texas to live out their honky tonk fantasies only to find more trouble waiting for them in every corner.  Desperate for acceptance and steady pay, the two quickly find themselves in need of rescue.  Christmas will depend on the help of a faithful little Atheist named "Christian", a good hearted woman, and of course, lots of prayers and substance abuse.

Honky Tonk Holidaze is an original Christmas musical written by WIld Bill Ogden.  The cast is made up of many notable Austin musicians, and 100% of proceeds are donated to charity (Front Steps of Austin) to help the homeless community during the holiday season.  This is the fourth year of the production, and the first time it will be performed in a theater (Salvage Vanguard Theater).  This year will also feature 3 brand new songs, and "Rocky Horror"-like interactive experiences.  A one-of-a-kind show not to be missed.
