Ballet Afrique presents Love Letters Vol. III, "Echoes of Harlem"
This exclusive event delivers a night for guest to experience the authentic sights, sounds, and tastes of Harlem’s legendary Cotton Club. Inspired by the 1920’s era, Echoes of Harlem embodies the musical style and dance of black performing artists of the Harlem Renaissance. Indulge in a multi-course meal, champagne, formal dinner, drink service at your fingertips, and live orchestra - all along with remastered performances from special guest such as Josephine Baker, Duke Ellington, and the Nicholas brothers just to name a few. Attend this event with the same sophistication, glamour, and illicitness of the 1920’s. This production is unique as the first performer-audience driven show in Austin based on a historical period of black expression. See it. Live it. Get it.
