“Las Comadres de Morales Street” by Irene Chavez is about the impacts of the pandemic, gentrification and disinvestment in San Antonio's Westside community.

The second table reading of our Teatro Salon fall series is coming up this Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 7pm! Join us at our Guadalupe Latino Bookstore (1300 Guadalupe St) for a reading of “Las Comadres de Morales Street” by Irene Chavez. This original play explores the impacts of the pandemic, gentrification and disinvestment in San Antonios Westside community.
