Stage Sanchaar and Austin Scottish Rite Theater present Tales of Tenali, an original Indian street/folk theater performance incorporating dance, music, and storytelling.
Tenali was a comic poet and court jester whose wit has made him a folk hero in India for 500 years.
These classic trickster tales will entertain both children and their adults!
About Stage Sanchaar
Stage Sanchaar is a collaboration of several seasoned artists who have come together to foster their love of the arts and their desire to support community-building, non-profit organizations using their talents. They seek to explore new and broader avenues of expression while maintaining the strengths of their individual art forms. While Bharata Natyam dance is their binding thread, each has trained in one or more systems of dance or related art forms, from Kuchipudi to Modern and classical music to folk music.
