ZACH NORTH TO HOST AN “OPEN HOUSE” PREVIEW OF NEW FACILITY AND DEMO ARTS EDUCATION OFFERINGS ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3
CLASSES BEGIN JANUARY 2017
Central Texans are cordially invited to an Open House at ZACH Theatre’s new location, ZACH NORTH (12129 Ranch Road 620N in Austin) Saturday, December 3, beginning at 10:00am until 3:00pm. There will be activities throughout the day, featuring onsite registration, demos and sample classes along with special guests and performances. (noted below)
As the premiere professional regional theatre serving thousands of students each year, ZACH’s Performing Arts School is committed to that same level of professionalism and excellence at ZACH NORTH. Children learn life skills through theatre education to include creativity, confidence, and collaboration. All classes, taught by professionals in the field, train young actors about the process of creating theatre while having fun! Younger classes focus on creativity, confidence, and teamwork, all in a supportive environment. As classes progress, students become focused on deeper technique in how to perform, create characters, and prepare them for their next big role.
With an expansion in the Capital Region, ZACH NORTH will give Central Texan youth, ages 3.5 thru grade 5, the chance to experience ZACH Theatre’s professional training without the barrier of traveling into downtown Austin.
