A recent participant in the prestigious Directors Lab at the Lincoln Center, Settles will share some of the questions and current practices explored at this year’s Lab. The major theme of the 2014 Directors Lab was Audience and the Director and along with 75 other directors from 36 different countries, Settles worked to address significant issues facing Theatre Arts in the 21st century. He led three workshop sessions and worked with international directors on a variety of projects over the course of the three-week intensive.
