Funding Appeal: A Monthly 'Coffee' with Penfold Theatre, Round Rock/North Austin

When the season came around for our annual fundraising drive and supporters like you told us you were ready for a change, we listened!

Like what we do? Buy us a coffee!

Instead of asking for big bucks this year, we're asking those of you who love what we do to sign up for a small monthly gift... say $10. Or $5. Or $1. Whatever you can do.

It's like you're treating us to a monthly cup o' joe. But instead of giving us a caffeine rush, you'll be giving live, professional theatre to the communities of north Travis and Williamson Counties!

Making it official: the Producer's Circle

To recognize those of you who commit to this small monthly contribution, we've created the Producer's Circle. We'll show off Circle members on our website and look for other ways to say "thank you" throughout the year.

This is a new thing for us, so we're open to your ideas about ways you'd like to be appreciated. Perks? Swag? Stay tuned!

Starting strong: help us meet our goal!

In order to get 2016 off on the right foot, we're looking for 100 supporters to join the Circle with a small monthly gift. Would you help by signing up today?

You can change or cancel your tax-deductible gift at any time. And on behalf of the artists, audiences and students that benefit from your investment, we thank you!

What's the big deal?

The population in north Travis and Williamson County is exploding! And so is the demand for performing arts. At Penfold, we've seen a 500% increase in attendance in the last six years. And there's no sign of slowing down.

We've added more performances, more education programs, more special events, more staff hours, more artist contracts - and bolder moves are just around the corner as the City of Round Rock advances plans for a new performance venue in the near future.

All that takes resources. Your monthly giving means less time chasing down donations and more time working with artists to create the experiences you love.

It means more opportunities for Central Texas actors, directors and designers; deeper engagement with our students and audiences; and larger steps toward making the north metro area a hub for arts and culture programming.

Thank you for your partnership!
