Find out this September, when director Rudy Ramirez (Cosmicomics, Changelings), playwright Reina Hardy (Changelings, Stars and Barmen) and the out-of-this-world acrobats of Sky Candy bring you this three dimensional sci-fi comedy about a fifth dimensional femme and her sex-positive adventures beyond the stars!

Riffing off sci-fi classics from Barbarella to Mad Max, Star Wars to Steven Universe and all the Star Treks in between, Agent Andromeda: The Orion Crusade is the latest collaboration between award-winning director Rudy Ramirez and Sky Candy, East Austin's own aerial and circus arts company, who previously brought to life Italo Calvino’s short stories about life in the early universe, Cosmicomics. They have brought on internationally produced playwright Reina Hardy to write the script based on ensemble workshops, while musician Tyler Mabry will contribute all-new original songs. The design team will include recent Austin Critics’ Table winner for Lighting Design Patrick W Anthony, UT MFA Costume Designer EL Hohn award-winning Makeup, Hair, & Wig Designer Blood and Glitter Makeup® and, returning to Austin for the first time, acclaimed set designer Ia Ensterä.

Our cast features Caroline Poe as Agent Andromeda, Ginger Snaps, Andy Agne, Chris Humphrey, Jackie Stone, Julie Cullen, Julie Moore, Lacy Alana, Helios, Shannon Grounds, Lola LeStrange, Micah Gause, Tango Beauthwaise, and Jennifer Coy.
