Call for Scripts: Southwest Theatre Productions

SouthWest Theatre Productions is now accepting stageplays for production in Austin, Texas. Your script and/or premise will preferably transfer well to television or film, but this is not required. We're looking for scripts with significant female lead roles. This is not a contest, we will: pay a standard licensing fee per performance if selected, pay for the production in an Austin theatre, and state the playwright's name on all materials, including advertisements.

We would like to see your (approximately) 90 minute comedy or drama in an acceptable, readable format relatively free of typos. (No shorts or one-acts at this time.) Stageplay format is preferred, but not required. Please send us a message at Facebook to get the ball rolling!
